The Feast Streat Collective is a handpicked collaboration of independent, specialist street food vendors anchored by a range of exclusive in-house brands. The collective is led by Ryan Patrick, a fourth-generation market trader turned hospitality specialist with unparalleled expertise in the street food industry. We are proud to deliver a polished, professional portfolio of high-quality, diverse, and authentic culinary delights through our community of independent artisanal traders, supported by the Feast Streat brand, to create a unique and unforgettable dining experience.

As a family-run business with decades of experience in food production, ethical farming, and market trading, we care deeply about the food we produce, the ingredients we use, the people we employ, and the customers we serve. We champion local independent suppliers and source ethically produced ingredients with a focus on true sustainability.

At Feast Streat, we have a rich history of providing high-quality food to markets, with “farm to fork” trading carried out by many generations of Ryan’s family. Ryan’s great-great-grandfather was a dairy farmer, and his daughter sold milk from the farm door-to-door using horse and cart before becoming a successful market trader selling fruit, flowers, and vegetables. Ryan began his market life at the age of three, igniting his passion for the thriving business he runs today.

Ultimately, the Feast Streat Collective is all about bringing people together through food, celebrating good food and drink and using locally and ethically sourced ingredients to create an exciting and vibrant street food scene.

We are incredibly proud of the food we serve and the experience we create. Our “stronger together” ethos means that we take a collective approach, creating wider opportunities for small independent traders in a safe and supportive environment. This is crucial to us, given Ryan’s family history and understanding of the challenges that small businesses can face.

With 17 years of experience, we are one of the most structured, professional, and reliable street food companies in the UK. We currently operate over 20 in-house food and drink brands, alongside a large group of independent, authentic trading partners who work with us to supply these concessions and services to over 400 events and venues each year across the country. Our clients are prolific, including the Commonwealth Games, Amazon, Wayfair, and Samsung.

We also offer F&B management services and consultation to public events and purpose-built food halls.
